The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority has rescued two persons trapped in a commercial bus following a multi-vehicle crash along the Motorway inward Toll-Gate corridor in the Ogudu-Alapere area of Lagos. According to a statement issued on Sunday by LASTMA’s Director of Public Affairs and Enlightenment Department, Adebayo Taofiq, the accident involved a 12-tyre DAF articulated truck and a commercial Volkswagen T4 bus with registration number AA 60 YF. The Nasarawa State Police Command has arrested two suspects over alleged criminal conspiracy, trespass, theft and unlawful possession of firearms in Keffi Local Government Area of the state. The command’s Police Public Relations Officer, SP Ramhan Nansel, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday in Lafia.
