The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Abuja, on Monday, remanded a former Syke bank Chairman, Tunde Ayeni, in the Kuje Correctional facility in Abuja, pending the determination of his bail application. The Kebbi State Police Command has arrested two suspected bandits and 47 other criminal suspects in separate operations across the state, recovering firearms, stolen property, and rustled cattle. The Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday fixed May 28 for hearing in a suit seeking to compel the Nigeria Police Force to reopen an investigation into the death of late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
