Education advocate, Alex Onyia, has reacted to the reported death of a student of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, alleging that he had previously warned the institution about the activities of the Man O’ War group operating within the school. A lone car accident has claimed the life of a driver along the Oshodi-Apapa Expressway in Lagos, prompting a swift rescue and recovery operation by officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, and the Nigeria Police Force. A driver lost his life in the early hours of Saturday after a Honda Pilot Sports Utility Vehicle somersaulted multiple times along the Oshodi-Apapa Expressway in Lagos State. A statement issued by the Director of Public Affairs and Enlightenment Department of LASTMA, Adebayo Taofiq, on Saturday, noted that the fatal lone accident occurred at Charity Bus Stop inward Iyana Isolo in the early hours of the day.
