The Chairman of Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, Akinade Ogunbiyi, has reduced his shareholding in the company following the sale of 850,000 ordinary shares, according to an insider trading disclosure filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited. Economic hardship and rising living costs have pushed many private car owners, including civil servants in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), to use their vehicles for commercial transportation. Fatai Osho has been confirmed as the new head coach of Nigeria National League, NNL, side Crown FC. General Manager of the club, Olumide Ilupeju confirmed the appointment. An Ogun State developer, Kunle Owolabi, has raised the alarm over what he described as intimidation and harassment by gun-wielding men allegedly threatening him over his landed property in the Denro community, Ifo Local Government Area of the state. The Nasarawa State Police Command has recorded a breakthrough in its ongoing efforts to combat crime, with the rescue of 17 suspected victims of human trafficking. The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, SP Ramhan Nansel, disclosed this in a statement issued on Sunday in Lafia, the state capital.
