A Magistrate Court sitting in Ilesa, Osun State has sentenced two men, Damilare Oladunjoye and Azeez Ibironke to one year in prison for stealing iron rods from a federal road construction site along the Ilesa-Ibadan Expressway. The duo were found guilty by Magistrate Adedokun Ayeni of Magistrate Court II, Ilesa Division, after being arraigned on charges bordering on theft. Samuel Chukwueze has arrived the Super Eagles camp in Lisbon ahead of the international friendly against Portugal, DAILY POST reports. Chukwueze’s arrival brought the number of players in camp to 22. The 27-year-old was absent from the Super Eagles’ recent fixtures, including the Unity Cup and the friendly against Poland, following the death of his mother and her subsequent burial. The defendants are Peter Chukwu, Chinedu Egwuonwu, Emeka Nwankpa, Ebele Nnachukwu, Ekeleme Chris Ugochukwu, Ndubisi Nnachukwu, Miracle Iruoma and Chukwukadibia Ogwuama.
