The Nigeria Customs Service, Ogun I Area Command, has vowed to bring to book the smugglers who launched a violent attack on its officers during an anti-smuggling operation at the Akokoro area of Iwoye, Imeko-Afon Local Government Area of Ogun State. The Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission, ICRC, has described the signing of the concession agreement for Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu, as a major boost for the economy of the South-East. Troops of the Nigerian Army have neutralised six suspected terrorists, recovered weapons, destroyed camps and rescued a kidnapped minor during a military operation in Maradun Local Government Area of Zamfara State.
