A woman has died after the car she was driving crashed into a roadside building at Mongoro, inward Ile-Zik, along the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway in Ikeja, Lagos. The woman was driving a Toyota Sienna with registration number LND 162 HB and was the only occupant of the vehicle when the crash occurred. One Nigerian Army officer and a police officer were killed when troops of Operation FANSAN YAMMA repelled a terrorist attack on a Forward Operating Base in Kaura Namoda Local Government Area of Zamfara State.
