Bauchi State has recorded two deaths and property losses totaling N1.59 billion due to fire incidents between January and December 2025, the Federal Fire Service has revealed. Public Relations Officer of the State command, Umar Lawal, while reeling out the statistics on Monday, noted that the service also saved four lives and property worth N2.86 billion across 167 fire incidents during the same period.
