The University of Lagos and the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Thursday, which will see the UK institution establish a Transnational Education Unit at UNILAG. The MoU will see the two universities collaborate with Nigeria’s Ministry of Education to develop detailed proposals for the Transnational Education Unit in UNILAG, with a target to begin delivering programmes from 2027.
