The police charged Friday with attempted culpable homicide. Trial judge, Justice M. S. Concern is mounting over the condition of 62 Nigerian missionaries detained in Uganda, as a suspected illness spreads within their facility in Adjumani District. PUNCH Metro gathered that at least 20 of the detainees are experiencing symptoms believed to be linked to the environment in which they are being held.
