The Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) has called for “continued vigilance and appropriate precautionary measures in relation to potential security concerns in certain locations.” This was contained in a security advisory issued by the ONSA and shared with security agencies. Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has urged the people of the North-West to support President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid, saying the region must reciprocate the administration’s interventions with votes in the 2027 presidential election.
