The development came despite a decline in international crude oil prices from $92 per barrel to $87.31 per barrel. Two people have been confirmed dead after a machete-wielding man attacked two security guards at the car park of Filmhouse Cinemas IMAX in Lekki, Lagos, in the early hours of Saturday.
