The Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Global Defence Consortium has described the trial of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, leader as a calculated effort to force conviction in the absence of law. A 32 years old Nigerian national, Olusegun Adejorin, has been convicted of defrauding two charitable organisations of more than $7.5 million and faces a maximum of 20 years in prison, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) said.
