Poland head coach, Jan Urban, has insisted that the Super Eagles of Nigeria were very cruel to his team during both sides’ international friendly 2-2 draw at Stadion PGE Narodowy in Warsaw on Wednesday.
Urban stated this while insisting that the worst thing during the encounter was that Eric Chelle’s side didn’t create countless chances and took only two or three of their opportunities against Poland.
Nigeria opened the scoring in the 25th minute when Terem Moffi finished a move created by Moses Simon.
Poland responded just before half-time through Kacper Potulski, as second-half goals from Paul Onuachu and Przemyslaw Wiśniewski ensured both teams drew.
“I know how everyone should react in this situation. Never mind the names,” Urban said as per Laczynaspilka.
“The worst thing is that the opponent doesn’t create countless chances and takes only two or three. They’re very cruel to us. But these are friendly matches; they won’t judge us for them,” he said.
