Warri Wolves have resolved to make a positive impact in this year’s President Federation Cup, DAILY POST reports.
The Seasiders will be up against Stormers SC in the Round of 64 of the competition at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City on Wednesday.
DAILY POST recalls that Warri Wolves crashed out in the Round of 16 of the competition last year.
“The Seasiders will be aiming to make a strong statement in this year’s competition as they continue their pursuit of a maiden President Federation Cup title,” Warri Wolves wrote on the clubs media.
“Warri Wolves’ best outing in the competition came in 2016, when they enjoyed an impressive run to the quarter-finals.”
The winner of the competition will feature in the CAF Confederation Cup next season.
