Kristin Cavallari sashayed down the Miami Swim Week runway after trying specific wellness hacks.
“I don’t actually weigh myself, but I don’t think I lose weight on Kroma. That’s not the point. The point is to eliminate inflammation and to look and feel your best,” Cavallari, 39, said on the Tuesday, June 23, episode of her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast, referring to the superfood-laden diet program. “I notice it in my skin after five days on Kroma, also when I’m on Kroma, [I] do two … two coffee enemas at my house.”
Cavallari, in particular, found undergoing coffee enemas helped her look her best before strutting down the catwalk in the Resa x Uncommon James show last month. (Cavallari is the founder of jewelry and lifestyle brand Uncommon James.)
“Leading up to walking in a runway in a bikini, the way your stomach will be so flat, you guys, after a coffee enema and the way it just makes you feel so good,” she said of getting a pair of coffee enemas. “If everything is coming back to your gut and digestion and if your gut is running your entire body and if you’re not pooping, that’s a problem. You need to be detoxing. You need to be flushing things out of your body, and a coffee enema will get things moving.”
A coffee enema is an alternative type of cleanse, where individuals inject caffeinated coffee and water into the colon through the rectum.
“You have to get a really good quality coffee and you do like a cup of coffee and you fill the rest of the bag with water, but get filtered water,” the Hills alum advised podcast listeners. “You can’t use tap water, you guys, ‘cause there’s all kinds of crap in there.”
According to Cavallari, she “swears by coffee enemas.”

“I swear by them … [and] I probably do them four times a year,” the reality TV star explained. “I would like to do them more, but I notice the best results when you do one, you do two, but like back-to-back [or] days 4 and 5 on the Kroma detox. I mean, you could do them anytime in your normal life.”
Cavallari continued, “If I’ve been traveling or I just feel a little off my routine, then I like to do a coffee enema as well.”
In addition to the coffee enemas, Cavallari had laser skin tightening on her stomach and neck before hitting the runway.
“I’m not crazy about lasers in general because I really think that, ultimately, what makes sense to me is to really protect the barriers of your skin. If you’re constantly frying that off, it just doesn’t make sense,” she acknowledged. “I’ve done a lot of lasers in my day, and I’ve never seen a result, really. … This laser, you’re in and out in 30 minutes for both stomach and neck, and the first time I did it, I kind of went into it being like, ‘This isn’t going to do jack s***.’ I woke up the next morning and I was like, ‘My stomach actually looks a little bit tighter.’ So, I did it two more times.”
