A 25-year-old woman has committed suicide in Anambra State over a breakup with her boyfriend after allegedly aborting three pregnancies with him. The police spokesperson in Anambra State, Tochukwu Ikenga, said in a statement on Saturday that the incident occurred on Thursday in Onitsha, the state’s commercial hub.
