The Edo State Police Command has arrested a woman, Martina Dachung, for allegedly selling her baby for ₦1.4 million in Uromi, Edo Central Senatorial District of the state. The command’s spokesperson, Eno Ikoedem, disclosed this in a statement on Saturday as part of the command’s weekly operations. The Federal High Court in Lagos has dismissed a N1 billion copyright and breach-of-confidence suit filed against MTN Nigeria Communications Plc by Walls and Gates Ltd and its Managing Director, Okechukwu Udeichi, over the telecom firm’s 20th anniversary promotion.
