Oyo State Police command says it has arrested no fewer than four (4) people in connection with alleged cases of kidnapping and murder.  A devastating fire incident on Tuesday completely burnt down the RSK Adebowale Multipurpose Filling station, a petrol tanker and a motorcycle at Ofiki area, Saki in Oyo State.
