The Edo State Police Command has arrested an 18-year-old, Obehi Odine, for staging her own kidnapping, while 11 others were arrested for their alleged involvement in a kidnapping syndicate. Nigeria’s economy is expected to grow at its fastest pace in more than a decade, after the World Bank upgraded its growth forecast for Africa’s largest economy.
