Phil Mickelson made a decision about his golf career as his personal life has been the subject of shocking allegations.  Mickelson, 56, will not play in this month’s Open Championship, according to Golf Digest. The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has confirmed the arrest of a former Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Uche Nnaji. The ICPC spokesperson, John Odey, disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday night.
