Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia on Wednesday approved the appointment of  Eunice Ogbenyi as the acting Head of Service of the state. This was contained in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Tersoo  Kula, and in Makurdi, the state capital.
