Tragedy struck Sironga Girls’ High School on Saturday when a form four student, Mitchelle Cheptoo, reportedly died by suicide after jumping from the second floor of the school’s administration block. An eight-year-old boy has tragically died after being shot in the head and face at a farm in Warcop, Cumbria. The boy was airlifted to a hospital following the incident, which occurred at around 14:50 BST on Saturday but he succumbed to his injuries overnight.
