The management of Paul University in Awka, a private university in Anambra State has suspended one of its lecturers, Cornelius Eze, over allegations of “serious sexual misconduct.” Paul University is owned by the Anglican Church in Anambra State. The MainPower Electricity Distribution Company (MEDL) has announced that an ongoing power outage in some parts of the Enugu State metropolis was caused by an explosion at the firm’s injection substation in Gariki Area of the state.
