Operatives of the Imo State Police Command have arrested four suspects during a security operation across forests in Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of the state. The command’s spokesperson, Henry Okoye, disclosed this in a statement issued to journalists on Thursday. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) said it has arrested an aviation security officer at the Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, Kano, for allegedly attempting to smuggle gold worth more than N4.4 billion out of Nigeria.
