Police in Florida have arrested a former police officer for allegedly killing his ex-girlfriend’s dog. A statement from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office noted Edwin Campuzano turned himself in on January 16. Six heavily armed gunmen, on Sunday night stormed the Ilu-Abo community in the Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State, where they abducted a woman and shot two persons as well as an 11-year-old child. The victim, identified as Tomilola Oladehinde, was abducted around 8:00pm by the gunmen at the entrance of her home at Liberty Avenue in the community.
