The Enugu State Structures for Signage and Advertisement Agency has reiterated its ban on the pasting and display of posters across the state, warning violators of a fine of up to N50m. The agency, in a statement signed by its General Manager, Hon. Francis Aninwike, on Wednesday, said the ban applied to all posters, including those bearing the names, photographs, logos, slogans and messages of political parties, candidates and aspirants. The Federal Government has commenced moves to overhaul the accreditation system for tertiary institutions in the country, with the Minister of Education, Dr Tunji Alausa, warning institutions against presenting borrowed staff, equipment and facilities during accreditation exercises.
