The Kebbi Hisbah Board has released two women arrested for alleged indecent dressing in the Badariya area of Birnin Kebbi, after counselling them on the importance of modesty. The Director of the Board, Surajo Usman, confirmed this in a statement issued to the News Agency of Nigeria on Sunday in Birnin Kebbi. The Kano State Police Command says it has arrested a suspected arms dealer and recovered three fabricated AK-47 rifles alongside other dangerous items during an operation in Kano.
