The Oyo State Police Command says its operatives have arrested a suspected kidnapper. The command made this revelation in a statement signed by its Public Relations Officer, Olayinka Ayanlade, on Thursday. Ayanlade in the statement said the suspect was arrested on Wednesday through credible information received from operatives of Vigilante Group of Nigeria, VGN.
