Governor Abdullahi Sule has emerged winner of the All Progressives Congress, APC, senatorial primary election for Nasarawa North ahead of the 2027 general elections. The result was announced by the returning officer for the exercise, Musa Shuaibu Guri, who stated that Sule secured a total of 47,393 votes to clinch the party’s ticket. Troops of the Joint Task Force ( North East) , Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), have thwarted terrorists’ attack and rescued victims, just as a 17-year-old terrorist relative surrendered in the North East. A 29-year-old man, Sadiq Abubakar Yusuf, has been arrested by the Bauchi State Police Command for allegedly raping his 14-year-old grandniece in Guru Village, Bauchi State.
