Cadbury Nigeria Plc has announced the resignation of its director, Mrs Ibukun Awosika, from the company’s board. The company disclosed this in a notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public on Wednesday. The notice was signed by the Company Secretary, Afolasade Olowe. Veteran Nollywood actor and producer, Solomon Akiyesi, is dead. His death was confirmed on Monday by the President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Abubakar Yakubu, to The Cable Lifestyle.
