Mene Ogidi was sitting in his family’s backyard in Effurun, Delta State, on the afternoon of Sunday, April 27, when a friend called and asked him to help collect a package at the Effurun Main Park on Sapele Road. He then asked his elder sister, Vine, for the fastest route to the park and left home.
