A motorist narrowly escaped death after a vehicle reportedly plunged into a bush canal at the Mowo axis inward Badagry along the Lagos-Badagry Expressway following an alleged distraction caused by mobile phone use while driving. The Chairman of Unilever Nigeria Plc, Bolaji Balogun, has attributed the growth of the company in the 2025 financial year to operational resilience. This followed the shareholders’ approval of dividends at the company’s Annual General Meeting held in Lagos on Friday, 15 May 2026.
