Newcastle United legend, Alan Shearer, has predicted some of the Premier League fixtures to be played this weekend.
The English clubs are back to the domestic scene, after some of them played their first European games of this year.
The standout game for this weekend will see Arsenal host Manchester United at the Emirates on Sunday.
Before then, Manchester City welcome Wolves, hoping to cut into the Gunners’ lead at the top and Chelsea travel to Crystal Palace.
Shearer told BetFair: “Man City vs Wolves – I still think City have too much for them at home, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Haaland got back on the scoresheet with a couple or more. Prediction: Man City win
“Crystal Palace vs Chelsea – It’s too early to tell with Liam Rosenior, he’s played in every competition and he’s had a good start in terms of results. Prediction: Chelsea win
“Arsenal vs Manchester United – Despite what we saw from Man United last week, I think Arsenal will edge it. It’ll be a really tough game, likely decided by one goal. Prediction: Arsenal win.”
