England beaten by 89 runs by Australia in Women’s Ashes Test as Ashleigh Gardner stars with eight wickets

Australia won the Women’s Ashes Test against England by 89 runs after taking the last five wickets in the morning session of the final day.

England started the day needing 152 runs to win the match at Trent Bridge, while Australia required five wickets.

Ashleigh Gardner claimed all five wickets within 90 minutes to finish with eight in the second innings and 12 for the match.
