Chelsea Women goalkeeper Hannah Hampton has beaten Chiamaka Nnadozie to the Best FIFA Women’s Goalkeeper award, marking the second time the England keeper has claimed an honour ahead of the Nigerian goalkeeper this year, PUNCH Sports Extra reports.
Hampton was announced as the winner during a ceremony held at the Fairmont Katara Hall in Doha, Qatar, on Tuesday. Paris Saint-Germain’s Gianluigi Donnarumma also won the men’s award.
