Dan Ulasi, former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Anambra State, on Friday described President Bola Tinubu as a strategist who should not be taken for granted.
Ulasi was reacting to the gale of defections from the PDP to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
