LG Polls: LASIEC promises free, fair elections, engages political parties

The Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC) has pledged to ensure a transparent and credible process in the upcoming local government elections scheduled for July 12.

The assurance was given by the commission’s chairman, Mobolanle Okikiola-Ighile, during a stakeholder meeting held on Tuesday with representatives of registered political parties in the state.
