The All Progressives Congress has emerged winner of the chairmanship and councillorship elections in all 27 local government areas in the December 13 council elections in Borno State.
The list of chairmen-elect, earlier declared winners by returning officers, was officially announced by the Chairman of the Borno State Independent Electoral Commission (BOSIEC), Alhaji Tahiru Shettima, at a news conference on Monday in Maiduguri.
