Ex-Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai, says the movement of some governors to other parties will not stop Nigerians from choosing their preferred leaders in 2027.
He spoke on Wednesday at the opening of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) National Contact and Mobilization Office in Jos.
