The 9th of December is observed as the United Nations Anti-Corruption Day, commemorating the signing of the UN Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC, 2003). Series of activities, including youth focused dialogues, are held all over the world to promote the Global Anti-Corruption Agenda. Several of such activities were held in Nigeria, demonstrating the role of the youth in fighting corruption, promoting integrity and safeguarding democracy.
