The Nigerian Labour Congress has recently remained a relevant force in policy formulation and implementation. It has more often than not filled the vacuum unfilled by the opposition parties in the Nigerian political landscape. Sometimes, the politicians in the ruling party mischievously accused it of being used by the opposition parties. It is more of blackmail than the truth. Thank God that has not silenced the NLC.
