Like many Nigerians, I’m currently critically perplexed. Perplexed by the unsavoury news one hears daily in this country. It’s like a doomsday drum carelessly fixed at random locations across the nation, delicately programmed to dispense distressing news every hour. What can be more disturbing than news of mass abductions, especially of female minors and teenagers by deranged minds, in the name of banditry?
