Former Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Olabode George, has cautioned the Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (retd.), over recent appointments and reconstitution of boards in the state, describing them as illegal and potentially regrettable.
