The White House has confirmed that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky did not sign the minerals deal despite meeting with US President Donald Trump.
Zelensky was expected to sign the critical minerals deal on Friday as part of Kyiv’s efforts to regain US support in repelling the Russian invasion, amid Washington’s shift in policy towards Moscow.
