Kwara State has been ranked as the best-performing state in Nigeria for counterpart funding payments under the Rural Access Agricultural and Marketing Project.
The announcement was made on Monday in Abuja at the 8th RAAMP Implementation Support Mission, where progress across participating states was assessed as part of preparations for the new year.
