Surge in kidnappings worries Nigerians, says ex-Osun lawmaker

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Osun State, Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, has expressed concern over the growing rate of kidnapping for ransom across the country, saying the trend is causing fear among Nigerians.
