The Kano State House of Assembly has enacted a law imposing a fine of 25,000 Naira on anyone caught spitting, urinating, defecating, or dumping waste on streets and under bridges in Kano.
This follows the law passed by the Assembly, which will empowers the authority responsible for beautifying the city of Kano and managing recreational areas.
