A former Mayor of Blanco, Texas, United States, Mike Arnold, has challenged the Sultan of Sokoto and Chairman of the Northern Traditional Rulers Council, Sa’ad Abubakar III, over his recent comments dismissing claims of genocide against Christians in northern Nigeria.
