The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court in Abuja, Justice John Tsoho, has reassigned the case of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, to another judge.
This was disclosed by Kanu’s lead counsel, Aloy Ejimakor, in a statement on Saturday in Abuja.
Kanu had requested the recusal of Justice Binta Nyako, the judge presiding over the seven-count terrorism charge brought against him by the Federal Government.
